Cables and neutral cable, if any, must be passed through the toroidal current transformer. Cables belonging to the earth line must not be passed through the toroid transformer. The cables must be assembled neatly so that they pass through the center of the toroidal transformer as far as possible.

It acts as a circuit breaker and protects motors against overload currents and short circuit currents. They are used in combination with thermal and magnetic trip. X Koren motor protection switches current-time curves are designed in accordance with the load characteristics to be protected. It is the most effective and necessary system for the protection of engines. 

It is a circuit protection element that provides protection of electrical installations with electrically operated devices from overload currents and short circuit currents. Overload protection is provided by a thermal unit and short circuit protection is provided by a magnetic trip unit.

The trip coil mounted on the circuit breaker is an accessory used to trip the circuit breaker at low voltage or in case of interruptions. This is also called tripping.     

If it is desired to cut the neutral pole, a 4-pole contactor should be selected. In applications such as motors, fans and pumps, 3-pole contactors should be used. While mini contactors are used in gas stations, vending systems, elevator groups; if it is desired to change the motor direction, an invertor contactor should be used if the mains and generator transfer is required. Modular contactors should be used in basic centers, i.e. schools, hospitals, training centers, offices, as they must operate silently.      

Before the MCCB was manufactured, fuses were used for overload and short circuit protection. Both are used for the same purpose. However, the areas of use and the current values to be protected are different. MCCB is mostly used for high currents and loads.   

Surge arrester is a switchgear element that generally provides protection against overvoltage. It is available in different types according to the type of overvoltage it protects.

It serves to transfer the load from one power source to another power source. They have tasks such as interrupting, isolating, transmitting and transporting current. When there is a fault or short circuit somewhere in your facility, it cuts only the fault part rather than de-energizing the entire facility and ensures the continuity of energy transfer there. It is very important to use an automatic transfer switch if a power failure would damage or disrupt the facility, its equipment or operation.  

Accessories for X Koren Miniature Circuit Breakers:          • Low Voltage Coil:  It is used to automatically trip the circuit breaker in case of a sudden drop or complete disconnection of the voltage passing through the protection product (Miniature Circuit Breakers or residual current protection switch) to which it is connected.         • Solenoid: It is the coil that allows the protection product to be switched on by the user at any time. Especially in cases where an emergency stop is required, this operation can be easily done with the opening coil.          •Auxiliary Contacts: It serves to remotely monitor the contact position of the protection product to which it is connected and is mounted on the device, as well as being suitable for use with a vending bus.         • Alarm Contact: The alarm contact used with the code AL-XKN3 and AL-XKN6 serves to alert the user in sudden but situations. The device monitors trip status.
